Family Friendly Fat Burning Meals Book Review
This review is going to be about Family-Friendly Fat Burning Meals. Our main concern here is simplicity, and this one fits the bill in a different way. It is more of a family-oriented approach to eating better. If you are in charge of the food for your family, I highly recommend you trying this book out because it not only gives you recipes and shopping lists, it teaches you how to encourage your kids to eat your healthy food.
Before we start, I want to say that I actually got this book for my mother. I’ve used a couple of the recipes myself, but the person using it the most is my Mom. Like I said before, it is more of a family oriented type of cooking. From my own personal experiences of working to eating healthier, nothing beats having the entire household in on it. This was one of the reasons that it took me so long to make the change. I tried eating healthier, but my brothers and parents would just have unhealthy fattening food lying around the house. That’s why I bought this as a gift to my mother, so that she can make better food for the family and stay healthy.

Is It Easy to Use?
Whenever I look at how easy to use a book is, I go straight for the meal plans and grocery lists. I do this because it’s the most straight forward way for a beginner to learn how to use these. If you’re reading this review then you are probably looking for something simple to use and not overwhelm yourself with information. What surprised me here was that it actually came with a “Fast Start Guide”. They’ve included a whole book just for beginners with 3 simple steps. How much easier can it get other than looking at the meal plans and grocery lists?
One other thing I might add is that it makes your life easier not only in the kitchen, but OUTSIDE the kitchen as well. The book includes a guide on eating outside so that when you don’t feel like eating, you can keep your body healthy even when you’re unable to eat your food at home. This right here is very valuable information. What’s the point of doing all this if you can’t keep your gains when you go eat outside with your friends or family? Not only this, it teaches you how to make food that your kids will WANT to eat. Most of the veggies will be turning into noodles or rice. Cauliflower rice anyone?
So my take on this book is that it’s simple to use in AND outside the kitchen. I am genuinely recommending this book to parents because I wholeheartedly wished my mother had something like this to follow when I was young. My parents were always busy working so they didn’t really put much thought into our nutrition. This book tells you how to prepare all that food efficiently, and is explained very simply for anyone to use.

If you have a family to feed, I highly recommend this. If you’re not feeding a whole family, but looking for something that can help you out in your diet… I also recommend it. My review is more on the family aspect of it… but this book contains so much information on fat burning meals that I don’t even know where to start.
To put it simply, you’re paying for a guide to help you prepare healthy delicious meals for not only yourself but your family as well. No more wondering about whether or not your children will eat it or if the family will like how it tastes. This book was made to solve that issue.

Justification: I’ve mentioned it several times already, but this book is REALLY good for busy moms/dads that wants to keep their family healthy and juggle a busy schedule at the same time. This is especially the case for mothers out there who worry about their food not tasting good, and if their children will eat it. There is literally a whole section and book dedicated to encourage your children to eat the food without fighting about it.
For individuals just looking for healthy meals, I think that this book falls short of other books out there. HOWEVER, these recipes are made to cater to a whole family and kids as well. If you’re a picky eater who wants to eat foods that you’ve always hated in ways that will taste good to you… try this book out!
